Cool Slimming
Cool Slimming uses hot and cold therapy to trigger fat cells to self-destruct (apoptosis) without damaging your skin. Dead fat cells are then flushed out naturally through the lymphatic system over the following weeks.

How the Treatments Work
- Apoptosis (fat cell self-destruction): Cold crystallizes the fat cell’s electrolytes, signaling the cell to self-destruct.
- Technology: The device uses the Peltier effect (thermoelectric cooling) and a hydraulic system for rapid cooling while protecting skin tissue.

Pre-Treatment & Aftercare Instructions
For maximum results, please follow these guidelines:
- Avoid sugar and carbs (fruit, juices, bread, rice, etc.) 48 hours before & after treatment
- Do not work out or raise body temperature 1 hour before treatment
- Hydrate: Drink at least 64 oz. of water within 8 hours before your appointment
- Arrival: Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment
